It can also contribute to improving other functions of our brain. Also, brain-boosting foods like nuts, foods that are rich in omega 3, etc. are a big help if you want to boost your memory.

4. Take vitamins and other health supplements

Indeed, eating healthy foods can give our brains a boost. However, there may be times when you will not be able to consume the right nutrients that your body needs.
